SED-500LJZL-B granulateur d'extrusion bivis (également disponible en configuration monovis) largement utilisé dans les additifs en caoutchouc, les additifs en plastique, les catalyseurs, les produits agrochimiques, les colorants, les pigments, les produits chimiques quotidiens et les industries pharmaceutiques qui nécessitent des produits granulés. Le matériau prémélangé humide est transporté et comprimé par les vis jumelles et forcé à travers une plaque perforée à la tête; le coupe-sortie coupe les brins extrudés en granulés cylindriques, qui sont ensuite séchés ou refroidis. Le diamètre du granule est déterminé par la taille du trou de découpe; la longueur du granule est contrôlée par le coupe-coupe RPM. Débit 200–500 kg/h.
