Fonctionnement

Wet powder feed enters the twin-screw chamber (screw center distance 130 mm). The screws (15–16 r/min stepless variable) push material against an interchangeable perforated screen (0.8/1.0/1.2 mm), extruding cylindrical granules of φ0.5–5 mm. Polished SS contact surfaces allow the screen and screws to be removed without tools for wash-down.
