Because pharmaceutical and packaging equipment is often custom-configured to your production requirements, returns of new machines may be subject to restocking fees and shipping costs. All return requests must be initiated within the timeframe specified in your purchase agreement.
For defective equipment covered under warranty, SED Machines provides repair, replacement, or credit options at our discretion.
