Fonctionnement

Powder material mixed with binder is loaded into the feed hopper (φ300×300 mm), conveyed and compacted by the screw, then extruded through the die plate to form cylindrical granules. The rotating cutting motor (200 W) cuts extruded strands into uniform granules. Granule diameter is adjusted by changing die plate hole size (1.5–12 mm).
