Fonctionnement

Motor drives the cycloidal reducer (DWB-3) which rotates the 92 mm screw at 65 rpm; the screw forces wet or dry mixed powder through a perforated screen plate, extruding cylindrical strands. A built-in cutter chops strands to the desired length. The water-cooling jacket around the barrel removes frictional heat to protect heat-sensitive materials and maintain product quality.
