SED-500LJZL-B GRANADOR de extrusión de dos tornillos (también disponible en configuración de un tornillo). Ampliamente utilizado en aditivos de goma, aditivos plásticos, catalizadores, agroquímicos, colorantes, pigmentos, química diaria y industrias farmacéuticas que requieren productos granulados. El material mojado se transporta y comprime por los tornillos gemelos y se ve obligado a través de una placa perforada en la cabeza; el cortador de salida corta las hebras extruidas en gránulos cilíndricos, que luego se secan o enfrian. El diámetro de la gránulo está fijado por el tamaño de la salida; la longitud de la gránulo está controlada por el cortador RPM. A través de la entrada 200–500 kg/h.
