SED-500SLZLX-H — Pelletizing Machine -- Water-Ring Main+Auxiliary Extruder Line

Raw material is fed into the main extruder screw via a feeder and universal pressure-feeder, where it is melted and plasticized under electromagnetic heating with multi-zone temperature control. The melt passes through the hydraulic non-stop screen-changer die into the auxiliary extruder for further shearing and homogenization, then enters the water-ring cutting head where pellets are cut under water and dewatered. The pellets are finally classified by a vibrating screen and stored in a stainless-steel hopper.
