Funcionamiento
Powder/granule fed via anti-bridging hopper into co-rotating twin-screw extruder; material is conveyed, melted, mixed, devolatilized (with vacuum port) and extruded through a 3-strand 3 mm die. Strands pass through 304 SS cooling-water trough and air-knife dryer, then enter the variable-speed pelletizer for 1-3 mm pellet cutting.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Powder/granule fed via anti-bridging hopper into co-rotating twin-screw extruder; material is conveyed, melted, mixed, devolatilized (with vacuum port) and extruded through a 3-strand 3 mm die.
2Strands pass through 304 SS cooling-water trough and air-knife dryer, then enter the variable-speed pelletizer for 1-3 mm pellet cutting.
