SED-120QHZL-S inclined high-shear (high-intensity) mixer-granulator (SR05 size). Inclined-bowl design with high-speed rotor and bottom + side scrapers achieves uniform mixing and granulation with no residue at discharge.

Funcionamiento
Material is charged into a 50 L SUS304 bowl. A high-speed rotor (11 kW, 0-2500 rpm via VFD) inside the inclined rotating bowl (3 kW pan drive, 0-51 rpm) creates a 3D shearing/mixing flow. Integrated SUS304 side and bottom scrapers (wear-hardfaced) keep walls clean. After mixing/granulation, a 3 kW hydraulic pump tilts the bowl for residue-free discharge. Optional bottom discharge available. Internal and external double seals prevent leaks. PLC (Siemens S7) + Kunlun Tongtai 10-inch HMI with WinCC SCADA controls the cycle.

1Material is charged into a 50 L SUS304 bowl.
2A high-speed rotor (11 kW, 0-2500 rpm via VFD) inside the inclined rotating bowl (3 kW pan drive, 0-51 rpm) creates a 3D shearing/mixing flow.
3Integrated SUS304 side and bottom scrapers (wear-hardfaced) keep walls clean.
