The SED-1DKJ-R is a twin-roll extrusion (dry) granulator that compresses dry powder directly into uniform granules of 3–15 mm at room temperature with no drying step required. Output is 1 t/h with a motor power of 11 kW.
Funcionamiento
An electric motor drives a belt and pulley, transmitting power through a ZQ300 reducer to the drive shaft. A split gear couples the drive shaft to a driven shaft so both rolls rotate synchronously toward each other at 65 rpm. Dry powder is fed into the nip between the two rolls, where wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant alloy compression dies (151×230 mm) extrude it into the die cavities. The compacted material is demolded as ribbon or granule sheets, then broken and separated to yield uniform granules of 3–15 mm.
