SED-120LJZL-C is a complete twin-screw extruder granulation production line based on the TSH-40Plus/600-37-40 main unit (φ41.4 mm screws, L/D=40). The line includes: gravimetric twin-screw feeder → twin-screw compounding

Funcionamiento
The gravimetric feeder meters material into the co-rotating twin-screw extruder (TSH-40Plus, φ41.4 mm, L/D=40). Material is conveyed, melted, mixed, and devolatilised (vacuum vent at barrel section 9) through 10 heated barrel zones (T1–T10, 21 kW total). Molten material is extruded through a 6-hole die (φ3.5 mm), water-cooled in a 3 m bath, air-dried, and cut into pellets by the LQ-100 pelletiser.
Proceso de funcionamiento
