SED-780-23Y-D Machine à presse rotative à pression à effervescent automatique est spécialisée dans le pressage de matières premières granulaires en comprimés effervescents. Il est principalement utilisé dans la production pharmaceutique et est également applicable dans les industries chimique, alimentaire et électronique. La machine propose une approche brevetée pour surmonter les difficultés de démolition causées par la collabilité, la faible écoulement, l'hygroscopie et les granules à haute humidité, ce qui en fait le choix optimal pour le pressage de comprimés à haute humidité. La conception à décharge mono-presse et mono-face utilise des matrices d'estampage standard ZP. Couverture et tourelle en acier inoxydable conformes aux GMP Zone de compression transparente en verre organique permet une surveillance visuelle; la housse est entièrement amovible pour le nettoyage.
