Fonctionnement
Rotary tablet press: motor drives a 545 mm diameter turret with 19 punch stations via stepless variable-speed control. Granules are fed by force feeder into dies; upper and lower punches compress under up to 130 kN. The transmission system is sealed in an oil bath in the lower cabinet, separated from the production area to prevent cross-contamination. A built-in dust collector removes airborne powder. Bilayer tablet production halves the output.
