Fonctionnement
Granular material flows from a gravity feeder (or optional double-impeller force feeder) into the rotating turret, where 18 sets of upper and lower punches reciprocate against pressure rollers. Each station compresses the material in two stages — pre-pressure (max 10 kN) followed by main pressure (max 80 kN) — to form a tablet, which is ejected via the SS316L tablet chute. Speed is varied via frequency-conversion drive, and a dust collector connected to a suction nozzle removes airborne powder.
