Fonctionnement
Double-press rotary tablet press: turret with 21 sets of D-type punches and dies rotates; each die station passes feeder, pre-press wheel, then main press wheel — pressing twice per cycle for higher compaction and uniformity. Force feeder ensures even material distribution across all 21 die cavities. Frequency-conversion speed control (0–24 rpm). Dust collector integrated in pressing chamber. When producing double-layer tablets, output is halved. Drive system is sealed in lower oil reservoir for full lubrication and reduced noise.
