Fonctionnement
Vials are loaded onto an illuminated inspection table and transferred to the SED-XP1-3 vertical washer where ultrasonic cleaning, water-for-injection (WFI) multi-stage spray rinsing, and compressed-air drying achieve ≥99.5% clarity. Polyacetal (POM) worm conveyor and 20 mechanical arms invert vials 180°. Clean vials enter the SED-3400MJT-3 tunnel dryer (325°C ≥5 min sterilization zone, FH ≥1365, water-cooled outlet ≤35°C), achieving 3-log endotoxin reduction. Sterile vials enter the SED-100FZJ-3 auger filler in a Class 100 (ISO 5) laminar-flow zone: servo auger dispenses 0.25–5.0 g with ±3% variation; automatic stopper insertion with no-stopper rejection ≥99.95%. Vials are conveyed through a buffer air-curtain to the SED-10ZG-3 crimper where aluminum caps are applied (crimp pass rate ≥99.95%), with pre-crimp no-stopper and post-crimp no-cap auto-rejection sensors.
