Fonctionnement
Vials are manually loaded to the infeed mesh belt of the ultrasonic washer (neck up). A POM worm screw lifts them to the 20-gripper rotary table, which inverts bottles 180°; multiple water/air jet stages rinse and dry the interior (WFI recycling system included). Cleaned vials pass into the sterilization tunnel: pre-heat → heat (300–350 °C ceramic fibre insulation) → cool; ceramic fibre insulation keeps exterior below 40 °C; FH > 1365 guarantees 3-D log reduction of endotoxin. Sterile vials enter the servo-driven active-starwheel dosing & stoppering machine: dual-head auger fills powder; AISI 316L vibration bowl feeds rubber stoppers via vacuum pick-and-place (partial or full insertion); no-vial = no fill / no stopper interlock active. Finally, the rotary capper seals aluminium caps (single/triple-knife); aluminium particle suction device conforms to cGMP.
