Funcionamiento
Resistance thermal evaporation: the evaporation transformer supplies low-voltage high-current power to three independent evaporation electrode assemblies at the bottom of the vacuum chamber. Evaporation material (boat / crucible) is heated to evaporation temperature under high vacuum; vapour travels upward and condenses on the substrate (fixture-mounted above) to form the coating. PLC + HMI control the pump sequence (roughing → diffusion pump), evaporation power, and interlock protection.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Resistance thermal evaporation: the evaporation transformer supplies low-voltage high-current power to three independent evaporation electrode assemblies at the bottom of the vacuum chamber.
2Evaporation material (boat / crucible) is heated to evaporation temperature under high vacuum; vapour travels upward and condenses on the substrate (fixture-mounted above) to form the coating.
3PLC + HMI control the pump sequence (roughing → diffusion pump), evaporation power, and interlock protection.
