مبدأ العمل
Resistance thermal evaporation: the evaporation transformer supplies low-voltage high-current power to three independent evaporation electrode assemblies at the bottom of the vacuum chamber. Evaporation material(boat / crucible) is heated to evaporation temperature under high vacuum; vapour travels upward and condenses on the substrate(fixture-mounted above) to form the coating. PLC + HMI control the pump sequence(roughing→ diffusion pump), evaporation power, and interlock protection.
