SED-2500QLF-K molino de chorro de aire / molino de chorro de cama fluidizado para la molienda ultrafina farmacéutica y material. Aire comprimido, después de enfriamiento, filtración y secado, forma chorros supersónicos a través de boquillas inyectadas en la cámara de rectificado. El material se fluidiza bajo diferencial de presión y se acelera; en la intersección de múltiples chorros, las partículas experimentan impacto violento, colisión, fricción y vaina para la comminución ultrafina. Un clasificador de turbina separa polvo fino que cumple con la finura necesaria; producto tamaño de partículas d97=2–75 μm es continuamente ajustable. A través de la entrada 400–2500 kg/h dependiendo de la finura del material y del objetivo (por ejemplo, carbono negro a 5 μm: ~500 kg/h). Requiere compresor de aire de 265 kW que proporciona 40 m3/min.
