Funcionamiento
Quantitative twin-screw feeder delivers material at a frequency-controlled rate into the fluidized-bed jet mill. Compressed-air jets accelerate particles in the grinding chamber, which collide and pulverise against each other. Fines are carried into a high-efficiency cyclone collector, while finer dust is captured by a pulse-jet PTFE-membrane dust collector before exhaust to atmosphere via the induced-draft fan. PLC controls air pressures, feed rate and pulse-clean cycles; air-hammer vibrators on collectors prevent material bridging.
