Funcionamiento
A SUS304 vibration feeder meters material into the mill; compressed air (0.65–1.1 MPa) acts as the carrier and as grinding energy via supersonic nozzles around the flat (pancake) chamber lined with 99% alumina ceramic. Inside, the supersonic swirling flow drives particle-particle and particle-wall (ceramic) impact, shear and friction. Centrifugal classification retains coarse particles in the milling zone; fines pass with the centripetal exhaust through the central outlet to a cyclone, then to a bag-filter capture device for collection while clean air is exhausted.
