Funcionamiento
Material is metered by a 0.75 kW screw feeder into a SUS304 classifier-wheel jet mill. Compressed air at 1.0 MPa (from a 75 kW screw compressor with refrigerated dryer, receiver, oil remover, and 3/0.4/0.01 um filters) energises grinding nozzles that fluidise and accelerate particles. A high-speed direct-drive classifier wheel (8000 rpm max, VFD-controlled, typical 7200 rpm) at the chamber outlet rejects oversize particles back to the grinding zone and lets fines pass; classifier-wheel speed sets cut size. Fines are entrained to a SUS304 cyclone (rotary valve 1:36 reducer + 0.75 kW), then to a 13.5 m2 pulse-jet bag filter (36 anti-static PE-coated bags) with adjustable pulse interval/duration, with dust outlet kept <10 mg/m3 (>=99.99% recovery). An 11 kW Ex IDF maintains negative pressure throughout.
