مبدأ العمل
Plastic measuring scoops are dumped into a vibratory bowl-feeder(sorter) which orients each scoop into a known attitude and feeds them in single file to a chute. Bottles travel on a conveyor(Maili motor controlled); when a SICK photoelectric sensor detects a bottle entering the insertion zone, a stop-pin halts it directly under the scoop drop position. The PLC then commands the AirTAC pneumatic insert mechanism(electromagnetic-valve-controlled cylinder) to drop the preset number of scoops(typically 1) into the bottle, then releases the bottle to continue downstream. No-bottle and bottle-jam conditions detected via photoelectric sensors trigger automatic stop. The vibratory feed rate is tuned via a vibration controller to match line speed.

Clean any residual scoops, bottles, dust or debris from the bench; verify scoop type meets process requirements; check pressure regulator at 0.6–0.8 MPa; keep all photoelectric sensor lenses clean(do not touch with fingers); maintain sensor mounting screws regularly so they do not loosen from cyclic vibration; do NOT change the proximity-sensor(origin) position of the insert mechanism arbitrarily.
