The SED-CXP2-Z is a twin-screw ultrasonic vial washing machine designed for cleaning glass vials on pharmaceutical and health-product filling lines. It uses a screw-conveyor structure where vials are inverted 180 degrees
مبدأ العمل
Vials are fed from a supply disk through a magnetic-clutch star wheel into the screw track. The magnetic clutch auto-stops the star wheel when a jam occurs and restarts when resistance clears. The screw track is lined with PTFE sleeves for smooth, scratch-free vial conveyance. Vials are inverted 180 degrees mouth-down and pass through the ultrasonic rough-wash zone -- tower-stack ultrasonic transducers(D28-2000, Shenzhen Kemeida) cause cavitation that strips particulate from vial walls. Bottles then proceed through recirculated water and purified water rinse stations, followed by purified compressed air drying. After rinsing, vials are flipped 180 degrees mouth-up and discharged to the outlet hopper. The heated wash tank maintains constant-temperature warm rinse water to improve cleaning effectiveness. Recirculation filtration uses a Nanfang stainless-steel pump(32-25-160).
