SED-8-8-1XGF-C — Glass Bottle Beer Rinser-Filler-Capper Monobloc

Empty glass bottles enter the rotary monobloc through a star wheel and are gripped by 304 stainless clamps. In the rinsing zone 8 spray heads inject rinse water into inverted bottles for 2-2.5 s. Bottles are righted and transferred to the filling zone where the isobaric CO2 counter-pressure system pre-pressurizes each bottle, performs twin evacuation to remove air and reduce O2 pickup, then fills with beer at 110-150 mL/s via a level-controlled valve. The mechanical crank linkage raises and lowers the filling valve for smooth, precise engagement. After filling, bottles pass to the single crown-cap sealing station where caps are applied by a press head. A reject gate removes any bottle with an improperly seated crown(reject rate ≤0.2%). CIP circuits allow in-place cleaning of all product-contact paths.
