Como funciona
Empty hard capsules are loaded into the capsule hopper (manually or via vacuum capsule feeder) and elevated to the orientation block. An intermittent indexing turntable (Shandong precision graduator Ru83DS) carries multiple capsule-holding stations. Vacuum picks each capsule into a die hole; suction separates the body downward into the lower module while the cap stays in the upper. The lower module slides out to expose the empty bodies under the dosing plate; powder is dosed into each body cavity by the tamping/auger mechanism (optional pellet station available). The built-in dust collector pulls airborne fines. Defective (non-separated) capsules are vacuum-rejected. The lower module retracts and rises; locking push-rods press the cap onto the body. Finished capsules exit, ready for downstream polishing. The 4.9 kW Taibang main motor through Delta VFP015B21A inverter controls speed; Delta DVP14E PLC tracks per-minute/cumulative/qualified counts and triggers alarms.
