Empty hard capsules are loaded into the capsule hopper(manually or via vacuum capsule feeder) and elevated to the orientation block. An intermittent indexing turntable(Shandong precision graduator Ru83DS) carries multiple capsule-holding stations. Vacuum picks each capsule into a die hole; suction separates the body downward into the lower module while the cap stays in the upper. The lower module slides out to expose the empty bodies under the dosing plate; powder is dosed into each body cavity by the tamping/auger mechanism(optional pellet station available). The built-in dust collector pulls airborne fines. Defective(non-separated) capsules are vacuum-rejected. The lower module retracts and rises; locking push-rods press the cap onto the body. Finished capsules exit, ready for downstream polishing. The 4.9 kW Taibang main motor through Delta VFP015B21A inverter controls speed; Delta DVP14E PLC tracks per-minute/cumulative/qualified counts and triggers alarms.
