Como funciona
Sugar is dissolved and boiled in electric-heated pots (with auto temp control and stirring). Syrup is transferred to the water-cooled cooling table where colours and flavours are folded in. The batch roller (insulated, reversing) kneads and conditions the candy rope. The rope sizer (heated, bronze press plate) reduces it to uniform diameter. The die-stamp forming machine cuts and stamps individual pieces at 50–150 kg/h. A three-tier vibratory cooling sieve cools and separates the finished candies before packing.
