Vacuum freeze drying with integrated CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-In-Place): product loaded on shelves in the drying chamber, evacuated, shelf temperature lowered to freeze product, then raised under vacuum for sublimation drying. The CIP system enables automatic in-place cleaning with validated cleaning agents; SIP allows in-place steam sterilization before each batch. Compliant with cGMP standards. Precise PLC-controlled temperature and vacuum management across freeze, primary, and secondary drying stages.
