Intermittent-motion driven by a 1.5 kW main motor under Schneider VFD control. (1) SMC ZL112 vacuum generator picks one carton from magazine and opens it at a wide angle. (2) Bottle aligner/feeder + servo-driven bottle-loading device queue products; product chain pushes product into open carton. (3) Mechanical or hot-melt-glue station seals carton flaps. (4) Inkjet/hot-stamp coder prints batch number. (5) Panasonic CX441 photoelectric eyes verify presence at every station; missing/empty cartons trigger auto-stop with audible alarm. Omron 1000-PPR encoder synchronizes all stations. Schneider Modbus HMI handles recipe and live-rate display; size changeover by panel adjustment — no mold swap.

Limpeza e manutenção
Wipe vacuum suckers, photoelectric eye lenses, and pickup arm at every shift change so paper dust does not blind the sensors. Empty the reject-carton chute. Inspect chain and torque-protector clutch on manual schedule; refresh lubrication per spec. Spare suction cups (2), material chains (10), conveyor belt sections (2), and toolbox ship with the machine.
