Wipe vacuum suckers, photoelectric eye lenses, and pickup arm at every shift change so paper dust does not blind the sensors. Empty the reject-carton chute. Inspect chain and torque-protector clutch on manual schedule; refresh lubrication per spec. Spare suction cups(2), material chains(10), conveyor belt sections(2), and toolbox ship with the machine.
