Complete production flow: (1) Injection moulding of barrel, plunger, gasket, needle hub, and needle cap. (2) Screen printing of calibration lines on barrel. (3) Needle assembly: needle bridge → EDM processing → pressing onto hub → epoxy glue curing → oven curing → CCD inspection → silicone oil → sheath assembly. (4) Syringe assembly: needle, gasket, barrel, and plunger assembled at 250 pcs/min per machine. (5) Blister/pouch packaging at 14 kW. (6) ETO sterilization with automatic control; optional exhaust-gas treatment device for jurisdictions with strict residual-gas requirements.
