Fonctionnement
Product is loaded onto temperature-controlled shelves inside a sealed SUS304 chamber. A Bitzer screw compressor refrigeration system freezes the product; Roots pump + vacuum pump reduce chamber pressure to allow primary drying by ice sublimation. PID-controlled heating (±1 °C accuracy) drives secondary drying. Siemens PLC governs the full cycle with multi-stage vacuum settings and seamless manual/auto switching. Electronic signatures and multi-password software log all batch records for regulatory compliance.
