Fonctionnement

The SED-2.1FDG-O uses low-temperature vacuum freeze-drying technology: the product is first frozen on the shelves, then water is removed by sublimation under vacuum. A cylindrical condenser (cold trap) captures the sublimated moisture (≥30 kg capacity), maintaining the vacuum integrity. Heat is supplied to the shelves via circulating silicone oil controlled by solid-state relays. The entire cycle — pre-freeze, primary drying, and secondary drying — is managed automatically or manually via PLC and touchscreen.
