Fonctionnement

Liquid feed is metered by peristaltic pump into a high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the spray chamber, where it is dispersed into fine droplets. Filtered air is heated electrically to 200 ℃ and enters the chamber via a volute air-inlet; hot air contacts the droplets and evaporates the water co-currently. Dried powder falls to the chamber bottom and is discharged via pneumatic butterfly valves into material tanks; residual powder is captured by a primary cyclone (CLT-Φ500) and bag filter (MC-36). Exhaust air is drawn out by the induced-draft fan.
