Fonctionnement

Treated/sterilized water → blended with sugar/syrup at 30-50°C → chilled to 2-5°C via plate heat exchanger → carbonated at 0.7-0.8 MPa CO2 (CO2:H2O>2.6) → fed to isobaric filler. Bottles are blown by PET blow molder, air-conveyed to monoblock: 14-station rinse → 12-station counter-pressure isobaric fill at 2-5°C → 5-station screw-cap. Filled bottles pass through bottle warmer (50-60°C, 12 m), bottle dryer (7.5 kW), laser coder, sleeve labeller (5000 BPH, PVC/PET, 0.4-0.7 MPa steam shrink), and shrink wrapper for finished cases.
