Fonctionnement

Three-blade impeller in a SUS304 mixing drum performs a regular spiral 3D motion that fully blends raw and auxiliary materials, including those at the bottom. After binder is added and material is wetted, an independently driven multi-layer herringbone chopper rotates at high speed to cut agglomerates into uniform granules. Mixing, wetting, and granulation run continuously, finishing in roughly ten minutes. Pneumatic discharge valve and air-sealed shafts on both impeller and chopper prevent contamination.

Nettoyage et entretien

Add water into the drum and start mixer impeller and chopper to wash; discharge port and lid have sealing components for clean operation. Periodically drain the air source oil-water separator to prevent water accumulation. Inspect drum lid sealing strip and replace if damaged.
