Fonctionnement
Product-filled vials are loaded onto temperature-controlled shelves and frozen. A vacuum pump reduces chamber pressure, enabling ice sublimation. Vapour is captured by the cold trap. Shelf temperature is raised stepwise per the programmed drying curve for primary and secondary drying. At cycle completion, the motorised stoppering device depresses rubber stoppers into the vials under vacuum before chamber venting.
