Funcionamiento
The integrated wash-fill-seal machine operates with all three workstations (washing, filling, sealing) using a main rotary configuration. Mechanical gripper clamps the bottle neck for precise positioning and inter-station transfer — never contacting the bottle body or base — maintaining product cleanliness and preventing damage. The washing station uses air washing (30 positions). The filling station uses 24 diaphragm valves (Gemü, DN10) for precise liquid filling. The sealing station uses non-contact heat-welding (hot-melt fusion) to seal the cap onto the bottle. The machine can directly interface with upstream/downstream lines without format change parts when switching bottle sizes within the compatible range.
