The integrated wash-fill-seal machine operates with all three workstations(washing, filling, sealing) using a main rotary configuration. Mechanical gripper clamps the bottle neck for precise positioning and inter-station transfer — never contacting the bottle body or base — maintaining product cleanliness and preventing damage. The washing station uses air washing(30 positions). The filling station uses 24 diaphragm valves(Gemü, DN10) for precise liquid filling. The sealing station uses non-contact heat-welding(hot-melt fusion) to seal the cap onto the bottle. The machine can directly interface with upstream/downstream lines without format change parts when switching bottle sizes within the compatible range.
