Funcionamiento
Tablets are loaded into the 600 mm pear-shaped coating pan tilted 15-45 deg; the variable-speed main motor (0.75 kW, 0-40 rpm) rotates the pan so tablets tumble through the spray zone. The 10 L heated/insulated liquid trolley supplies coating liquid via a peristaltic pump (0.34-870 ml/min); the spray gun atomises it onto the rotating tablets while the 100 W blower pushes ambient air over the 2 kW electric heater into the pan, drying the film. A pneumatic stirring motor in the trolley keeps the coating liquid homogeneous; rock-wool insulation maintains liquid temperature with cool outer wall.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Wipe down 304 SS pan after each batch. Flush peristaltic pump and spray guns with clean water/solvent to prevent residue build-up. Remove and clean silicone tube (24#) periodically.
