SED-600JBT-E — Simplified Coating Machine with Liquid Trolley

Tablets are loaded into the 600 mm pear-shaped coating pan tilted 15-45 deg; the variable-speed main motor(0.75 kW, 0-40 rpm) rotates the pan so tablets tumble through the spray zone. The 10 L heated/insulated liquid trolley supplies coating liquid via a peristaltic pump(0.34-870 ml/min); the spray gun atomises it onto the rotating tablets while the 100 W blower pushes ambient air over the 2 kW electric heater into the pan, drying the film. A pneumatic stirring motor in the trolley keeps the coating liquid homogeneous; rock-wool insulation maintains liquid temperature with cool outer wall.
