SED-500QXT-A — Fully Automatic Split CIP Cleaning System
La descripción completa de este modelo aún se está traduciendo. Consulte los detalles en inglés o solicite información a nuestro equipo. English
The SED-500QXT-A is a fully automatic split (separated-tank) Clean-In-Place (CIP) system designed for cleaning pipework and process vessels in dairy, brewery, beverage, food, and pharmaceutical plants without disassembly
Funcionamiento
A centrifugal supply pump pushes cleaning fluid (heated through the tube heat exchanger to the user-set temperature) through the customer's process pipes and vessels. A self-priming return pump recovers the fluid back to the appropriate storage tank. Conductivity sensors monitor acid/alkali concentration on the return line to control recycling. Temperature sensors at the heat exchanger outlet and return line maintain the set cleaning temperature via a steam control valve. Liquid-level sensors in each tank control filling and prevent overflow. The Siemens PLC executes four standard cleaning recipes (alkali, acid, alkali+acid, sterilization) automatically; each recipe step has user-configurable time, temperature, and concentration parameters set via the SMART 1000 touch-screen HMI. The system supports both manual and automatic operation modes.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
The system self-cleans via four built-in recipes. Cleaning fluid temperature, time, concentration, and flow are set per step on the SMART 1000 HMI. Spent alkali, acid, and hot water are auto-recovered above the set concentration/temperature threshold. Manual mode is available for commissioning, maintenance, or instrument failure recovery.
