Funcionamiento

Hole-plug filling on a fully enclosed ten-position rotating table with intermittent indexing. Empty capsules are fed via hopper and separated by vacuum into upper and lower mold modules. Powder is dosed into the capsule body via a metering (dosing) disc; unfilled/empty capsules are rejected automatically. Capsule body and cap are locked together at the closing station; finished capsules are ejected and collected. Mold holes are cleaned by the integrated dust collector before the next cycle. PLC controls cycle, dosing, and reject logic. Delta PLC + Weintek HMI + cam indexer drive.

Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Pre-production: clean all parts in direct contact with product using alcohol. Post-shift: disassemble mold components, clean with appropriate solvent or water. Lubricate cam and moving parts per maintenance schedule.
