Hole-plug filling on a fully enclosed ten-position rotating table with intermittent indexing. Empty capsules are fed via hopper and separated by vacuum into upper and lower mold modules. Powder is dosed into the capsule body via a metering(dosing) disc; unfilled/empty capsules are rejected automatically. Capsule body and cap are locked together at the closing station; finished capsules are ejected and collected. Mold holes are cleaned by the integrated dust collector before the next cycle. PLC controls cycle, dosing, and reject logic. Delta PLC + Weintek HMI + cam indexer drive.
