Funcionamiento
Worker loads empty soft IV bags onto the work-position fixture and presses the foot pedal. The machine clamps the bag mouth onto the filling head; a turbine flow meter (or optional E+H Coriolis mass flow meter for GMP/FDA-grade) and pneumatic diaphragm valve dose drug solution at 3–6 bar (0.3–0.5 MPa fill pressure) and ≤80°C, ±1% accuracy, with no-bag = no-fill interlock. After fill, the vibration bowl orients sealing-stoppers, vacuum mechanical hand picks each stopper and presses it into the bag port; no-bag = no-stopper, missing-cap alarm. Pneumatic gripper opens, bag drops onto exit conveyor or collection box. CIP runs by valve-open timing on touchscreen; SIP runs by sensing sterilization temperature and exposure time (steam supplied externally).
