Funcionamiento

Granules in the 80 L hopper drop into the vibration plate; 3-stage electromagnetic vibrators (independently adjustable per route) align and convey them through 32 V-grooves to four counting heads. Photoelectric sensors at each head count granules in real time. Pneumatic bottle-stop cylinders hold each bottle at the filling position; once the set per-bottle count is reached, the cache cylinder releases the granules and the bottle-stop cylinder opens for the bottle to be conveyed out. Photoelectric bottle-presence sensors detect the absence of a bottle and stop counting. Compressed air at 0.6 MPa drives all cylinders.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Wipe outer/inner machine surfaces and conveyor belt with a clean damp cloth before and after each shift. Open the hood and wipe internals. Wipe hopper, vibration plate and hopper outlet first with a clean cloth and then with 75% industrial alcohol for sterilisation. Disassemble in order: hopper → hopper outlet → photoelectric sensor → medicine storage → electromagnetic vibrator → 1st-stage vibration plate → 2nd-stage → 3rd-stage; reassemble in reverse. Use a dry cloth on touch screen, signal lights and photoelectric sensor windows. Clean the inlet air filter; wipe cylinders/spring rods and apply a few drops of pneumatic oil. Lubricate transmission chain and width-adjustment knob monthly with oil (0–35°C) or every 3 months with grease (>35°C or <0°C). Dust the electrical control cabinet weekly. Keep powder-collection box under the vibrating discharge plate clean.
