Funcionamiento

PVC roll film is fed through a pre-heating box, then formed into blister cavities between upper and lower forming molds (heated to approximately 110/100°C plus encoder-controlled compressed air at 0.4–0.6 MPa). Material drops into the blister cavities through a brush or vibratory feeder. PTP aluminum foil from the second roll meets the PVC at the heat-sealing station (approximately 140–160°C). Batch number is embossed; tear lines are creased; stepper-motor traction advances the strip; the blanking mold cuts finished blister cards. PTP feeding and collecting devices use swing-arm sensors to keep tension constant. Heating molds automatically separate when the machine stops to prevent scalding film and extend mold life.

Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Wipe outer/inner machine surfaces with a clean wet towel before and after each shift; open the hood and wipe internal parts. Clean mechanical parts with detergent (alcohol). Use a dry cloth on the touch screen, signal lights, photoelectric sensor windows, and pressure switches. Clean the air filter at the inlet to remove moisture/dirt. Use clean dry cloth on cylinders/gas-spring rods, then apply a few drops of pneumatic oil. Do not disassemble valves — contact manufacturer. Lubricate transmission chain and adjustment knobs monthly with oil (0–35°C) or every 3 months with grease (>35°C / <0°C); grease all bearings twice per year; No. 30 mechanical oil quarterly. Dust the electrical control cabinet weekly.
