Funcionamiento

Mobile phases are blended by an Agilent G7111B 1260 Infinity II quaternary pump capable of 600 bar pressure with active inlet valve and active seal-wash. The G7129A vialsampler injects samples (132-position tray, 6×11 standard drawer, 2 mL vials) with optional InfinityLab Sample Thermostat cooling. The G7116A multicolumn thermostat conditions the column. Eluent passes successively through three detectors: G7114A VWD, G7121B Fluorescence Detector Spectra and G4260B Evaporative Light Scattering Detector — providing UV, fluorescence and universal mass-flow detection. OpenLab CDS workstation software (M8413AA) controls instrumentation and processes chromatograms.
